Hi Tony,

I have been sending you emails about my problem. It seems you are busy & unable to reply back to me. I also filled in the contact forms on AgileBill & AgileISP (no reply). The registration on the forum is locked.

It seems this is my last chance to get hold of you & ask for help.
I downloaded Agile bill version: 1.4.95 (Zip file downloaded: tony-landis-agilebill-1.4.95-50g40e8a34.zip)
I did ran your test.php file & everything seems to be fine. My environment is windows 7 with xampp 1.7.3

During installation (step 1) the following folders I need to create, they were not included in the zip file:

includes/smarty/templates/
includes/images/

Are there any other additional folders?
I see in the smart class, you mention about a template_c folder in the smarty directory

In step 2: I checked all modules EXCLUDING VoIP Module & VoIP Prepaid Module

In step 3: I got install_sql-3 error:

ALTER TABLE ab_account ADD INDEX search (first_name, middle_name, last_name)
Error (install_sql-3): Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes

ALTER TABLE ab_account ADD INDEX fulltext_user (first_name, last_name, email, company)
Error (install_sql-3): Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes

ALTER TABLE ab_faq_translate ADD INDEX fulltext_faq (answer, question)
Error (install_sql-3): BLOB/TEXT column 'answer' used in key specification without a key length

ALTER TABLE ab_ticket ADD INDEX fulltext_content (subject, body)
Error (install_sql-3): BLOB/TEXT column 'body' used in key specification without a key length

ALTER TABLE ab_ticket_message ADD INDEX fulltext_message (message)
Error (install_sql-3): BLOB/TEXT column 'message' used in key specification without a key length

ALTER TABLE ab_ticket_attachment ADD INDEX fulltext_content (content)
Error (install_sql-3): BLOB/TEXT column 'content' used in key specification without a key length

After the installation process, I clicked on the “Click here” link & I got a smarty error.

Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "file:themes/default/blocks/core/search.tpl" in C:\xampp\htdocs\agilebill\includes\smarty\Smarty.class.php on line 1092

Please could you assist me in solving this issue. I’m not familiar with smarty, my “smarty debug” skills isn’t that great.
